All deliveries to UK mainland are free of charge where stated with item.

Fireplaces are delivered free of charge within a 20 mile radius of Alcester, Warwickshire. Any fireplace orders to be delivered outside of this area would have to be quoted for a delivery cost.

HOW WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

Small items will be delivered to your door by an approved courier.

Medium items will be delivered to your door by a delivery team (note on receipt of order we will contact you to arrange a delivery date).

All fireplace orders will be delivered by our own staff.

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery times will vary depending on a number of factors including type of product and whether that item is in stock or special order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates but they are usually completed within 3-14 days of order. Fireplaces are up to a 21 day delivery but will be confirmed on order by a member of our sales team on receipt of order.
